1. Terms of Service

By downloading and using the GhostPilot software (".exe"), you agree to these Terms of Service. GhostPilot is provided as a free, downloadable tool for personal and commercial use.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GhostPilot on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software without explicit permission.

2. Limitation of Liability

GhostPilot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GhostPilot and its creators shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use the software.
  • Any software conflicts or system crashes caused by the application.
  • The accuracy, reliability, or safety of the answers generated by the third-party AI models.
  • Any consequences arising from the use of GhostPilot during professional engagements, meetings, or evaluations.

3. Acceptable Use & Screen Capture Laws

GhostPilot utilizes the native Windows API WDA_EXCLUDEFROMCAPTURE to hide its interface from screen recording and sharing software.

User Responsibility: It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your use of GhostPilot complies with the rules, laws, and agreements applicable to your specific situation. This includes, but is not limited to, employment agreements, academic integrity policies, and technical interview guidelines. GhostPilot assumes no responsibility if the use of this software violates third-party policies.

You agree not to use GhostPilot to generate malicious code, engage in illegal activities, or violate the terms of service of the AI API providers.
